5 Questions To Ask When Picking A Corporate Caterer

Hiring a corporate caterer can seem a stressful task for many. However, if you research well and do all the legwork to make your corporate event a success.

Questions to ask before you get to hire a corporate caterer:

1. Do you have availability on my event date?

For obvious reason, this must be the very first question to ask your prospective caterer. If they say they are, you should also check if they will cater for other parties on that day. You will want to know if they are able to carry the workload.

2. Can you show me some of the samples of menus along with costing?

Ask for menu recommendations with per head price. This is the determining aspect and you would then be able to decide on how the corporate catering service fits you. Although there is always a room for negotiation, so do not be afraid of asking for some price reductions.

3. What alternatives do you have for different dietary needs?

Surely, you will have guests with different dietary requirements. So it is important to make sure how your caterer will deal with this. You must look into the vegan and vegetarian options.

4. Are you familiar with the party venue?

It is definitely a plus point when the caterer has worked in your chosen venue before. Because they know about the kitchen facilities and access.

On either side, if they do not aware of the venue – will they do a free site visit to the place?

5. What are your payment terms?

When you have decided to hire the caterer then you will be required to know what the payment method is.

Professional party caterers are used to answering all of these questions, so do not hesitate to ask if you have minimum doubt about anything.

So whatever the party is, make sure you are searching on a web directory where you can find and approach your desired party caterer near to you.
